Jose R. Perez, Esq. is the founder of The Law Offices of Jose R. Perez, P.A. He is determined to provide his clients and their families excellent representation in a professional environment. He has a passion for the law that translates into zealous and aggressive representation in all facets of his practice. As a former collegiate athlete, Mr. Perez understands the dedication and effort needed to succeed. He gives nothing less than maximum effort to all his clients and prides himself on securing a beneficial and satisfactory result to each individual client’s circumstance.

He is a Miami Native, earned his B.A. from Florida International University and his J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law. He is a member of The Florida Bar and admitted to practice in all Florida state courts as well as the U.S. District Court of Southern District of Florida.

He loves to spend time with his wife and two (2) children. He has a deep passion for baseball. He is currently involved in a youth baseball program wherein the philosophical foundation is to always give back to others. The non-profit program’s purpose is to guide and develop the youth into being hard workers for one another and most importantly their community. When he is not on the baseball field with his son and close friends, he is an avid boater and frequents the Caribbean islands for pleasure and business ventures.
